By submitting my registration to participate in the 2010 Light at the End of the Tunnel Marathon, I forever waive, release, and discharge any and all rights, claims for damages and causes of suits or action, known or unknown, that I may have against the Washington State Parks, USA Track & Field, Pacific Northwest Track & Field, Brian and Susan Pendleton, the Light at the End of the Tunnel Marathon and any and all volunteers and other persons who in any way assist or are connected with this event, in any manner arising out of or resulting from my participation in the 2010 Light at the End of the Tunnel Marathon. I agree that this waiver, discharge and release also apply to my heirs, executors, administrators, & assigns without exception. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in the 2010 Light at the End of the Tunnel Marathon and that I will assume and pay my own medical and emergency expenses in the event of an accident, illness, or other incapacity, regardless of whether I have authorized such expenses, and that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event.
